Refund Eligibility: To ensure a smooth refund process, please review the following criteria:
Unused Condition: The item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of usage or alteration. Any items that show signs of wear/use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Original Packaging: The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not returned in their original packaging.
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within our specified timeframe, which is typically 5 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a return.
Verification Process: Upon receiving a refund request, our team will verify the order details and inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. This verification process may take up to 10 days.
Damaged Items: If the item(s) are found to be damaged or defective due to issues from our side, we will initiate the refund process. However, if the damage occurred after the customer received the product or if the item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Refund Timeframe: Once your return request is approved and the eligibility criteria are met, we aim to process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that this timeframe starts from the date when the refund is accepted and processed.

Please provide your order number and reason for the refund request. Upon receiving your refund request, we will verify your order within 15 days.
