Do we need a business account to order?
Can we use a purchase order (PO)?
Yes — purchase orders are fully supported across all three services. Select “Purchase Order” in the payment section of your form, submit your PO number (or a copy of the PO) and we’ll raise a matching invoice for your finance team. Net-30 terms are also available.
How does the 15% school discount work for custom branding?
When you submit the Custom Branding form, enter your school’s name and select “School” as your organisation type. We verify your status (usually within a few hours using public records) and apply the 15% discount to your total before the quote is confirmed. No paperwork required from your side.
Can you deliver per class or per pupil?
Yes — for custom branding orders we can pack by class, year group, or individual pupil name if required. This is particularly popular for end-of-year gifts and welcome packs. Mention this in the Additional Notes field of your design brief and your manager will include it in the quote.
What if we don't have a digital version of our school logo?
Not a problem. You can upload a high-resolution JPG or even a scan of your crest. Our design team will digitise and optimise it for print — this is a one-off service for a flat fee of £25, which is included in your design brief quote. Many schools without a formal brand identity use this service.
Can we set up a recurring term-by-term order?
Yes — term-by-term standing orders are one of our most popular options for schools. Your account manager sets up the schedule aligned to your school year, sends a reminder two weeks before each term, and processes the order on your approval. You can adjust quantities or pause at any time with 48 hours’ notice.
